Strength Within by KT offers delivery of both physical and digital products/services.

Please review our delivery terms below:

• Digital Products/Services:
  Upon successful payment, access to digital programs, plans, or training materials will be delivered via email or through your registered account within 24 hours.

• Physical Products:
  We use [Royal Mail/Courier Service Name] for all deliveries. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 working days. Estimated shipping times within the UK are 3-5 working days from dispatch. International shipping may take 7-14 working days.

• Shipping Costs:

  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• Exclusions:
  Digital products, personalised training plans, or any downloadable materials are non-refundable unless proven faulty or not as described.

4. Right to Withdraw

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason.

• How to Withdraw:
  To exercise your right to withdraw, please email katie@kttraining.net or use the contact form available on our website, stating your name, order number, and your intention to withdraw.

• Refunds:
  If you withdraw from a purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs (where applicable), within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s) or notification of your withdrawal (for digital services not yet accessed/downloaded).

• Personal Training Services:
  All personal training sessions must be booked in advance. Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may be charged in full.

• Medical Disclaimer:
  Clients are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate in physical activity. Please consult your doctor before starting any exercise program.

• Liability:
  Strength Within by KT is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during training sessions or through the use of purchased products, except where required by law.
