A 3-hour educational strength seminar where you’ll learn how to set up, brace, glute activation and lift properly so you feel safe, confident, and capable in the gym.

You do not need to be strong, experienced, or confident to attend.
You come to Lift Club to learn.

WHAT HAPPENS ON THE DAY

During Lift Club, you’ll be coached through the key lifts in a structured, supportive 3-hour session.

 

This includes:

  • Clear demonstrations one of or all 3 squat, bench, and deadlift

  • Set-up, bracing, and technique explained with simple to understand cues

  • Feedback and cues you can take away with you

  • Time to ask questions and practise safely

  • A no-judgement, supportive coaching environment

  • You’ll leave feeling confident, informed, and clear on what to do not overwhelmed.
